Ramblings

So it's another HOT<> HOT> day here! Yes, it's 99 degrees. Yes you read that right 99 degreeeeeeesssss and the humidity is really sucking too. It's 60% humidity today. As one of my friends whom I love dearly I might add was so kind to point out that I live in resort country so to deal with it. I know I'm lucky or should I say LUCKY to live here in beautiful Southern California but enough is enough I need some cool weather. I'm really melting here. Thank goodness I've now lost 53 pounds or I would have just been in misery with massive thighs sticking together and melting from the heat. Oh, I guess some of you don't know I've been on Weight Watchers for about a year now and have lost a total of 53 pounds but I have been stuck on a plateau now for about 6 months. I keep thinking that if I had lost 5 pounds each of those months I would now be down 30 more pounds and then a total of 93 pounds and then I would be done or more comfy in my skin so to speak. But noooooooo so I guess I really need to get on the stick so to speak and work out more but it's really hard to think about working out when it's so darn HOT!

I guess I should really stop complaining now and focus on some good things. Although it's another HOT one here in resort country I did get some CHRISTMAS SHOPPING done. Yes you read that right I've started some CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. I might as well considering Halloween isn't even over and all of the stores have Halloween stuff on sale, Thanksgiving things galore out, Christmas stuff gleaming from the shelves too. So I'm hoping this means I'll be on a good track for the Holidays......
